We spotted the actress out and about town on Tuesday afternoon and, because she spoke so eloquently at Michael Jackson's memorial service last week about their unique friendship, our photog asked her about the custody battle for MJ's kids...

She has been promoting herself shamelessly, popping up everywhere. What did she think would happen if she 'performed' at that cheesy "memorial?" The media would ask her questions. This celeb game is tiresome where they think they can control the press when they want, but act like 2 year olds when they can't.
Brooke, you are a likable person. You are appearing in too many places and never should've done that Jackson circus. It makes you look cheesy and diminishes your likability.
It seemed after that Kiefer incident that Brooke was trying to ward off any bad press about her being out so late drinking with another guy. Such a double standard. Guys who have kids aren't vilified for being out drinking.
Anyway, it made Brooke look like she was hiding something and like she was trying too hard.
Now she looks like a petulant hypocrite acting annoyed about being asked Jackson questions.
Also, Brooke, you are doing too many commercials. Toothpaste, eyelash garbage, etc. Cheesy greedy.

Jackson shopped for children to play with.. he didnt legally adopt, except to marry Debbie, and didn't provide any dna, so blanket is not his child.. the others should be given to one family member and closely monitered for many years.
