Blac Chyna Is Suing The Entire Kardashian Family For Using Their Power To Destroy Her

Posted on Tue Oct 17th, 2017 2:15pm PDT       By X17 Staff

She's like a bad rash that just won't go away.

Blac Chyna is suing Rob Kardashian and the rest of the K clan for basically using their fame, power, and connections to destroy her and ruin her "career," whatever that actually is. The former stripper's attorney Lisa Bloom filed the documents at the Los Angeles Superior Court this morning, so she better be ready to face Kris Jenner's powerhouse lawyers when the time comes!

"Rob Kardashian is an abuser intent on destroying Angela White, the mother of his baby, who left him in 2016. In revenge, the Kardashian-Jenner family became media predators, slut-shaming her on social media and killing her hit television show, which had already begun filming a second season," the docs state.

BC has a laundry list of things she's accusing the sock designer of, including assault, battery, distribution of private materials, domestic violence, harassment, intrusion into private affairs, false light, disclosure of private facts, defamation, interference with contractual relations and interference with perspective economic relations. Yikes!

The thing she sounds the most upset about? The fact that season two of Rob & Chyna isn't happening. Did it ever occur to her that maybe it's not happening because the couple broke up? She's delusional!

"The unwritten rule no one told Ms. White when she started a relationship with Rob Kardashian is: the entire family takes it personally if you leave and will come after you, using their fame, wealth and power to take you down. They will get your television show canceled, they will go after you. They will spread lies about you, they will claim you are a bad mother without evidence. They will even fund a lawsuit about crumbled cookies to get revenge on you leaving a Kardashian," she continued.

The mother-of-two also tries to make it seem like she didn't use the Kardashian name to claw her way to the top.

"Rob Kardashian and his powerful, vindictive family have done enough damage to Ms. White’s career and professional reputation, which she singlehandedly built from scratch — without the help of a famous last name," she concluded.

The Kardashians are probably sitting back and having a good belly laugh over this!

It seems that way!

Britney Spears shared this video montage of herself and boyfriend Sam Asghari on Instagram yesterday, and it almost looks like an engagement shoot! Set to Beethoven’s “Fur Elise," the clips show the pop princess and her backup dancer beau doing what they do best and dancing up a storm, and then lounging all over each other by the pool. They seem smitten!

The couple have been dating for a year now, and it sounds like Brit Brit is itching to have her man put a ring on it, so much so that she already bought her own rock!

"Britney definitely wants to get engaged. But there hasn’t been a proposal yet. Sam didn’t even buy her the ring. Britney bought it herself," a source dished to Life & Style.

"They’re both in love and swept up in the idea of getting married. She’s been talking about marrying him almost since the moment she met him… She thinks Sam is perfect and has never been happier" the source added.

We're feeling a Christmas proposal coming on!

BREAKING NEWS - Harvey Weinstein Resigns From The Weinstein Co. After Being Given An Ultimatum

Posted on Tue Oct 17th, 2017 12:10pm PDT       By X17 Staff

He's officially out of a job.

Harvey Weinstein has resigned from The Weinstein Co. after a scheduled meeting this morning to discuss his fate. The disgraced studio mogul was on speakerphone from his sex rehab in Arizona, but his lawyer Patty Glaser was on hand. The board of directors gave Weinstein the choice to resign or be fired, so he chose the former, but he's still contemplating his next legal action.

The board of directors made the decision to terminate Weinstein well ahead of today's meeting, and they believe no mediation or arbitration is necessary, because they had every right to fire him due to their Code of Conduct clause in their contract. Weinstein's attorney reportedly plans to file a lawsuit for unlawful termination if The Weinstein Co. refuses to submit to arbitration.

According to TMZ, Weinstein believes he was only "temporarily" toxic to the company, but that with time, writers, directors, and actors would want to work with him again. Now that he's a goner, he still has no intention of quitting producing films, and thinks he can take his talents elsewhere.

We bet he regrets making sleazy sexual advances towards all these women, because now he has nothing.

Kendall And Kylie Go On A Double Date With Blake Griffin And Travis Scott

Posted on Tue Oct 17th, 2017 11:20am PDT       By X17 Staff

How did nobody get a photo of this?!

Kylie and Kendall Jenner went on a double date with their boyfriends Travis Scott and Blake Griffin at Universal Studios' Halloween Horror Nights on Sunday, and the lovebirds were joined by Jordyn Woods and Hailey Baldwin. While the whole group had a great time, the LipKit queen's fun was a little restricted because of the fact she's pregnant.

"Kylie and Kendall were both extremely loving and cuddly with their boyfriends. Both couples had their arms around each other, and the girls were really sweet with their guys. Travis and Kylie were especially cute and lovey-dovey. Kendall and Blake had a blast going through the mazes together," a source dished to People.

The makeup mogul couldn't go on certain rides, but "made sure Travis went ahead and had fun." She still wasn't ready to give people a glimpse at her baby bump, so she wore a baggy hoodie and leggings.

Although Kenny and the Clippers star aren't official, things are headed in that direction.

"She thinks he’s dorky and funny, but also cool and sexy — he has a certain attractive ‘swagger.' They are seeing each other more, and Blake is doing everything in his power to make Kendall his girlfriend. She’s always working and traveling and knows a full-blown relationship isn’t necessarily the best idea, but things are heating up. She is for sure enjoying dating him," the source added.

We think this is the first time that every single KarJenner girl is coupled up!

There it is, guys!

Kylie Jenner posted - then deleted! - a Snapchat video yesterday that revealed her growing baby bump, even though she strategically filmed from the waist up in an attempt to conceal it. You can see the reality star's expanding torso and noticeably larger chest, as she was wearing nothing but a grey sports bra.

The LipKit queen has been staying out of the spotlight since news broke she's expecting her first child with boyfriend Travis Scott, and this is the longest we've gone in years without seeing her out in public.

"Kylie prefers to stay home. She feels good, but her body is changing. She doesn’t want to be photographed. At the moment, she wants more privacy. She has family and friends come to her house instead so she has company. She is very excited about the baby though. She talks about the baby nonstop. She is already shopping like crazy," a source dished to People.

We're still waiting for an official pregnancy announcement from Kylie and her sister Khloe, and we have a feeling Kris Jenner is cooking up something major behind the scenes!

Paris Jackson Poses Topless To Promote Body Positivity

Posted on Tue Oct 17th, 2017 9:50am PDT       By X17 Staff

She's comfortable in the skin she's in.

Paris Jackson posted a nude photo on Instagram yesterday in an effort to convey her body positivity, and Michael Jackson's daughter wants to spread the message that your form is beautiful, no matter its perceived imperfections. "Comfortable in my rolls. f— wit me," she captioned the snapshot.

This isn't the first time the teenager has taken to social media to spread a message of freedom and acceptance.

"I'll say it again for those questioning what i stand for and how i express myself. nudity started as a movement for ‘going back to nature’, ‘expressing freedom’, ‘being healthier’ and was even called a philosophy. being naked is part of what makes us human. for me it helps me feel more connected to mama gaia. i'm usually naked when i garden. it's actually a beautiful thing and you don't have to make it sexual the way many hollywood stars (and the media) do. not only is your body a temple and should be worshipped as so, but also part of feminism is being able to express yourself in your own way, whether it's being conservative and wearing lots of clothes or showing yourself," she wrote.

"There's different ways of absorbing mother earth's energy, my favorites are earthing which is absorbing the earths vibrations from contact between the soil and your bare feet, as well as letting your naked skin absorb the rays of the sun. the human body is a beautiful thing and no matter what "flaws" you have, whether it be scars, or extra weight, stretch marks, freckles, whatever, it is beautiful and you should express yourself however you feel comfortable. if this makes some of you upset i completely understand and i encourage you to maybe no longer follow me, but i cannot apologize for this in any way. it is who i am and i refuse to shy away and keep my beliefs a secret," she continued.

"Every one as an opinion and every one has their beliefs. we don't always agree with one another and that's okay. but again, we are all human, and to appreciate the things that other people do that make us human helps us feel connected. how can that be a bad thing?" she concluded.

Free the nipple, free the rolls, free everything according to Princess P!

President Trump Says Sexual Assault Allegations Against Him Are "Fake News"

Posted on Tue Oct 17th, 2017 9:05am PDT       By X17 Staff

Of course this would be his response.

Donald Trump dismissed the sexual misconduct allegations made against him by a former Apprentice contestant during a press conference in the White House rose garden yesterday, and the President used his fall back excuse to discredit the reports.

"All I can say is it’s totally fake news. It’s fake and made-up stuff and it’s disgraceful what happens, but that happens in the world of politics," he told reporters.

His accuser Summer Zervos' lawyers have subpoenaed Trump's camp for all documents concerning “any woman alleging that Donald J. Trump touched her inappropriately" or "subjected any woman to unwanted sexual touching and/or sexually inappropriate behavior." The subpoena was filed on September 19, Buzzfeed News reports.

Zervos claims that she had been in contact with Trump a year after appearing on his reality show, in an attempt to work for his company. During one meeting at Trump Tower, she says the POTUS repeatedly kissed her without her consent. Then, during another meeting at the Beverly Hills hotel a few days later, things escalated even further. Trump allegedly "open-mouthed" kissed her, touched her breasts, and pressed his "genitals" against her.

We've all heard the Access Hollywood "p*ssy grabbing" audio, so this doesn't sound totally out of character for him.

Stars Like Reese Witherspoon And Jennifer Lawrence Come Forward With Their Stories Of Sexual Harassment

Posted on Tue Oct 17th, 2017 8:20am PDT       By X17 Staff

Stars like Reese Witherspoon, Jennifer Lawrence, America Ferrara and Martha Stewart are coming forward with their own stories of sexual harassment and assault, in the wake of Harvey Weinstein's scandal and the #MeToo campaign.

Reese made her confession during an appearance at the Elle Women in Hollywood event, and gave credit to the strong women speaking out against powerful men.

"I didn't sleep at all last night. This is gonna be a real emotional roller coaster. I just want to say that this has just been a really hard week for women in Hollywood, for women all over the world, for men and a lot of situations and a lot of industries that are forced to remember and relive a lot of ugly truths," she began.

"I have my own experiences that have come back to me very vividly and I found it really hard to sleep, hard to think, hard to communicate a lot of the feelings I've been having, the anxiety about being honest, the guilt for not speaking up earlier, for taking action. [I feel] true disgust at the director who assaulted me when I was 16-years-old and anger at the agents and the producers who made me feel that silence was a condition of my employment. I wish I could tell you that that was an isolated incident in my career, but sadly, it wasn't," she continued.

"We're kind of told to sweep it under the rug and not talk about. It's made me want to speak up and speak up loudly because I felt less alone this week than I have ever felt in my entire career. I've just spoken to so many actresses and writers and particularly women, who've had similar experiences and many of them have bravely gone public with their stories and that truth is very encouraging to me and to everyone out there in the world because you can only heal by telling the truth … I feel very encouraged by this group of people tonight who have created a community of people who are champions now of a new attitude towards harassment in our industry and every industry that's going to address the abuse of power in this business," she concluded.

J.Law, also at the same event, shared a story about a "degrading" audition she had when she was first starting out in the business.

Here's her story:
"When I was much younger and starting out I was told by producers of a film to lose 15 pounds in two weeks. One girl before me had already been fired for not losing enough weight fast enough and during this time a female producer had me do a nude line-up with five women who were much, much thinner than me. We all stood side-by-side with only [tape] covering our privates. After that degrading and humiliating line-up, the female producer told me I should use the naked photos of myself as inspiration for my diet. I can laugh now, it's OK. The director of that film asked if he could have me star in a porno as a character along with many other things that are too inappropriate to repeat here in this dress. If at any point you're wondering, 'Why didn't I stick up for myself?' I tried. I asked to speak to a producer about the unrealistic diet regime and he replied by saying he didn't know why everyone thought I was so fat. He thought I was perfectly f—kable. I let myself get treated a certain way because I felt like I had to for my career. I was young and walking that fine line of sticking up for myself without being called difficult, which they did call me, but I believe the word they used was 'nightmare.' Every human being, no matter how successful they are, should have the power to be treated with respect because they're human. … In a dream world, everyone is treated with the exact same level of respect, but until we reach that goal, I will lend my ear, I will lend my voice to any boy, girl, man or woman who does not feel like they can protect themselves. These past couple of weeks have been harrowing to hear all of the women's stories who have opened up about their experiences with sexual harassment, but in all of the sadness I think it's been oddly unifying. It's so fundamental to the female experience to be mistreated and feel ashamed of it or worse, to be made to feel ashamed, but thanks to the women before us who [have] fought for our right to vote, for our right to choose, we are now living in a somewhat confused world, but confused isn't bad, confused is progress. I think some men are still confused about what to do with us, what to do with a woman that's better at her job than a male coworker, what to do with a wife who makes more money than her husband, what to do with a woman who isn't afraid to speak bluntly and disagree. It is confusing and in this slow transition, we're all still learning. I'm still learning that I don't have to smile when a man makes me feel uncomfortable."

Over on Instagram, America Ferrara wrote about a sexual assault that happened to her at the young age of 9.

"First time I can remember being sexually assaulted I was 9 years old. I told no one and lived with the shame and guilt thinking all along that I, a 9 year old child, was somehow responsible for the actions of a grown man. He would smile at me and wave, and I would hurry past him, my blood running cold, my guts carrying the burden of what only he & I knew — that he expected me to shut my mouth and smile back. Ladies, let's beak the silence so the next generation of girls won't have to live with this bullsh*t," she posted.

Martha Stewart experienced sexual harassment when she was 16-years-old and first starting out as a model.

Here's the account she gave to People:
"I was asked to wear a bikini under my clothes. I thought, ‘Oh, maybe we’re doing a beach commercial or something.' So I go into the room and there’s a table with all men sitting around it and it’s an advertisement agency, I can’t remember which one it was. They said, ‘Now you can take your clothes off,’ and I said, ‘Oh, is this where are we doing the commercial? Are we wearing bikinis in the commercial.’ They said, ‘No, but as long as you’re here we might as well see what you look like.’ I thought that was harassment of the first order. I just walked out of the room. I said, ‘I’m sorry, gentleman. This is not what I’m here for.’ And I left. That’s harassment, but there’s other kinds of harassment. Encouraging your children that they can do anything they want is good to reinforcing their own sense of self and self-worth. I think that’s terribly important. I think women just have to understand that you can say no. You can walk out of a room. It might hurt your career so you’ll find something better somewhere else.”

It's powerful, but also kind of disturbing, how many women in the world share these horrific tales of abuse.
