Cameron Diaz is movin' on up ... to a $10 million dollar Beverly Hills estate once owned by actress Candice Bergen, best known for her role as Carrie Bradshaw's boss in Sex and the City.

The sprawling three-acre, five-thousand square foot pad is equipped with six and a half bathrooms, tennis court, swimming pool and a three bedroom guesthouse ... and looks ultra cozy with gold-plated framed paintings, comfy-looking sofas and a backyard to die for.

In the 2006 movie The Holiday, Cam's character lived in a similar looking mansion. Guess Cameron, 37, loved the style so much, she couldn't resist. We don't blame her!

Celebrity neighbors who live nearby: Jessica Simpson, Penelope Cruz and new hubby Javier Bardem ... as well as Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban.

Here's to champagne wishes and caviar dreams...

Loves it!

Are you hoping Britney Spears guest stars on Modern Family?

Yes! She has a funny personality and would fit in perfectly on the ABC comedy.
No! She would be horrific on the show and would tarnish its reputation.
Don't know! But it would be a great way for the show to get even bigger ratings.
