Cameron Gets Her Hair Done

Cameron Diaz went to Neil George in Beverly Hills on Friday, and stepped out of the salon looking...exactly the same. We can't tell what she had done - perhaps a quarter of an inch trimmed off her bangs?
Also, not to be mean, but why is she leaving the hair salon with noticeable roots?
