Cam's New Nose

Cameron took her new, post-rhinoplasty nose for a workout yesterday at her West Hollywood gym. You can faintly see a transparent bandage across the bridge of her honker, surrounded by the usual pimples. Poor girl! And on top of it, she's stuck dating Justin Timberlake -- she just ain't lucky!
