Carrie Prejean Sued Over Boob Job Money!

Miss California USA officials want Carrie Prejean to pay back the $5,200 they say she borrowed to have her breasts enhanced last year. This demand is in response to a lawsuit filed by the Miss USA runner-up in which she accuses pageant officials of violating her privacy by telling the press that her boobs were fake.
Prejean's lawyer Charles LiMandri said, "They have proven, once again, that they will use whatever scurrilous accusations they can dredge up - or invent - to try and tarnish Carrie's reputation and her good name." LiMandri added that the pageant filing was part of an "ongoing smear campaign" against her.
State pageant officials beg to differ, and they counter that the truth about Carrie's breasts "ceased being private during the swimsuit competition of the nationally televised Miss USA pageant, in which [she] walked the stage in a bikini." Well, they certainly have a point! It was pretty damn obvious to us that the chest we saw on TV wasn't the one God gave her!
State pageant officials say they loaned Carrie the money for the surgery under an oral agreement that she would repay them, and she never did. "Ms. Prejean disclosed that she had been thinking about and wanting to have breast augmentation surgery for some time, but did not have the money to pay for it," the filing said. "She felt that if she had the surgery, in her opinion, she would be more competitive for the Miss USA pageant." After pageant officials agreed to loan her the money, Prejean underwent breast augmentation in January.
The group also asked a judge to give them all of the profits from Carrie's tell-all book, which they claim was written in violation of her pageant contract. Miss California USA Executive Director Keith Lewis said, "Our claim is not about financial reward, and all profits awarded will be donated to a charity that promotes the values of our organization."
Don't mess with the folks at Miss USA!

I heard a news story last week about Venezuela and their overwhelming number of wins for Miss World and Miss Universe. A large number of the girls there get plastic surgery (it's like the Superbowl to them over there), so they can compete against the other contestants. I find this extremely unfair!! I feel that the Miss CA organization should NOT have paid for them in the first place. It feels like cheating to me. If you cannot win on your own merits, then you shouldn't enter the contest in the first place - plastic surgery should be grounds for disqualification, in my opinion. And what happened to her values and morals? In the eyes of the Lord, your body is a Temple and it should NOT be desecrated, as she has done with her fake boobs. I just find her to be an incredible hypocrite. Using the bible and her faith, only when it's convenient for her.
They want her money from her book, too...rotfl...sounds like a bunch of bitter gay assholes running this pageant. They nullified her contract when they took her crown....so, they can go suck it. I also call bull crap on tht oral loan agreement....what, they want a refund....lol...they want her implants back because she didn't support gay marriage? Obama doesn't either, why not ask for the election back? Stupid hypocritical assholes!!

Wow, obviously you guys have no idea about the law, oral contracts are legally binding, harder to prove, but I assume they have several witnesses and can show Mrs. Prejean's past lies and all around strange, untrustworthy actions to prove she is not being honest now.
