Casey Johnson Had History Of "Possible Excess Use Of Nyquil"
Posted on Thu Feb 25, 2010 02:59 PM PDT
We already knew that Casey Johnson died of "natural causes," and now the Los Angeles County Coroner's office has released the full autopsy report, which confirms that the heiress didn't have any illegal drugs in her system.
However, the report does point out that Casey had a history of "possible excess use of Nyquil," and various medications were found at the scene of her death, including insulin, Motrin and clonazepam.
RIP Casey.

Dead junkie.
Dead and buried.
clonazepam is nasty stuff and addicting.
Let her rest in peace!!!
poor thing! tila tequila is nasty. she used her. she wouldnt have died if tila checked on her. notice how tila doesnt even mention her "wifey" anymore and now calls someone "hubby" all in a months time.
DISGUSTING she basically used this chick up and left her to die...then threw a big stink about her death for attention
Who cares!!! My boyfriend thinks the same with me. He is eight years older than me, lol. We met online at~ A_g_e_m_i_n_g_l_e.c o m ~a nice and free place for younger women and older men, or older women and younger men, to interact with each other. Maybe you wanna check out or tell your friends.
This is a sad story. I often wished I was pretty and young and rich. But when I read stuff like this, I see the bright side of being - just me!
R.I.P. Casey
