BREAKING NEWS - Celine Dion Pregnant With Twins

Celine Dion, 42, has announced she is pregnant with twins after undergoing her sixth in vitro fertilization treatment in a prolonged attempt to conceive with her husband-manager Rene Angelil, 68. The couple already have one child -- nine-year-old Rene Charles.
Dion turned to acupuncture to improve her chances of getting pregnant, after five failed in vitro attempts.
Congrats to the happy couple! Where motherhood is concerned it looks like the 40s are the new 30s!

I don't think that women who marry much older men realize that they will grow old alone, as they will spend the last two or three DECADES of their lives being a widow. And isn't the whole point of getting married having a partner in life, and being there for each other when you grow old?

People without children by choice, those who conceive easily and judgmental people have no idea what the desire does to couples longing for a child. All the money in the world can't bring you a natural child if it isn't meant to be. While many stars adopt (and are criticized wrongly for it), it is every couples right to explore whatever options they so choose. I am very happy for them both and while their ages might be 'unconventional' to some, it is just right for them. It's easy to feel sad for a child, thinking their parent might not be there when they grow up, however, it is really none of our concern. Mothers die in childbirth, parents can die young. I wish them the very best.

Wow I have read other peoples comments, people can be very mean and jealous. I think it is great that this has finally worked out for them. I hope that everything goes well for them. As far as their age it doesnt matter. the whole you are suppose to grow old with your mate, their is no book saying that. Congratulations to you Celine..
