Channing Tatum and his lady love Jenna Dewan enjoyed a quiet date night over the weekend, catching a movie at the Sunset 5 in West Hollywood. While we could comment on how cute the former co-stars are, we'd rather focus on Channing's muscles...they look like they're about to bust out of his skintight tee!

@12:34 - If you want to have muscles, first you have to put on weight-you need to turn fat into muscles. You can't go from skinny to muscled.
