It is time for Charlie (Carlos Irwin Estevez) to pay for his abusive ways. His history shows he is a woman beater. It is time for him to get punished instead of paying everyone off to make these things go away. If this was some regular guy off the street he would still be sitting in jail. It is time to stop treating celebrities as if they are above the law and make them pay for what they do.

Let's not get his character on the show confused with who he is in real life. I love his character on TV but his history tells us that he isn't the nicest guy to the women in his life. I doubt it was a drunken call at 8:30 am with family members present.

Both Charlie and Brook are to blame, but he crossed the line when he cholked her and pulled a knife on him. That's not cool. Charlie needs to pay for this! ANd jail is the only answer. He's a repeat offender and rehaber. It's time for Jail! This may be the only way to scare him straight!

People like these two deserve one another. My friends neighbor who is fighting his ex for custody of their daughter, lives with his other baby's mother who is a meth addict, he was/is also a meth addict took ecstasy & flipped out. Tried to hang himself in the shower with a towel, repeatedly stabbed himself in the stomach & upper thigh, drug her out of the house by her two feet (road rashed her back) and tried to put her in the trunk of the car to kill her because he thought she was trying to kill him! All the while there is a beautiful 6 month old baby girl in the house asleep! Her stupid ass is still there. Can't call the cops or go to the hospital for his wounds, how will that look for his custody case with his ex? Go figure. I just hope somebody speaks up, because neither one deserves either child!! Oh and yes, they are white.

If Denise Richards hadnt hooked up with Heather's ex people would have looked at her in a different light in regards to Sheen. She was right and now everybody knows it. Why it took this long I have no idea?? He shot Kelly Preston "accidently" years ago.

Jail doesn't rehabilitate these wife beaters. Once an abuser, always an abuser. I was married to one and nothing ever changed. In and out of jail. In and out of anger management. You want to know when the abuse stops? Their death.

3:47 & 4:33 I DID divorce him. He remarried and went on to abuse his next wife. I actually dated him for 2 years before I married him and he was the nicest man in the world. Abusers can be very controlling when they want to be and he was able to turn on the charm big time. Often abuse does not happen until after the marriage, when an abuser thinks he has the upper hand(no pun intended). I was lucky and got out but I would never put the blame on the abused spouse, like 3:47 stated. "Wondering voice 3:47" should realize that some poor women can't always leave immediately like I was able to do. Show some compassion 3:47! Abused women don't need more verbal abuse with your negative comments. They need a safe place to stay, support and encouragement. AND they should always call the police and file charges! Most states will issue a restraining order immediately. And lastly, I don't care how much Brooke was drinking.....You can't hit your spouse PERIOD.

I don't know she didn't sound drunk to me on the phone, so I don't know what to believe. I do know that she met Charlie when both of them were recoving alcoholics...but I wonder now when they both began drinking again. Probably not a good match to have two alcoholics pair up when the temptation is probably too much - lots of money, etc. etc. Anyway, I think Charlie Sheen obviously has a lot of major issues and remember back when Denise Richards released all of those threatening emails and voicemails from Charlie Sheen - didn't he threaten to kill her too and made many many disparaging comments? I totally believe he did this. I hope he goes to jail. He deserves it. Either that or drop him in Afganistan to get a dose of reality. All this narcissistic behavior is and "me me me". Pathetic, life is too short to be wallowing in your own pile of compost, loser Charlie Sheen!!

6:36 I know what you mean about the charm offensive used by controlling aggressors. It’s chilling. Two friends have had the misfortune of having relationships with charming, controlling, abusive men. One ended her relationship with a verbally abusive man after dating a little more than a year. The other ended her relationship shortly before their wedding. Initially, she attributed his verbal abuse to stress (the wedding, planning a move cross-country, a new job and so on). He was physically abusive once. She ended it by having him arrested.

Sadly, abusers are cunning, rarely change and often remarry; as was the case with your ex-husband. Regardless of whether it is a man or woman, abuse is never acceptable. It’s a crime and should be treated as such. I’m glad you divorced him. I hope you find reciprocal love and respect with someone who makes you smile.
