Charlie & Denise Head To Court

Uh-oh - sounds like things just got even realer between the Sheens!
Denise wants to make her young daughters a part of her upcoming reality series - but Charlie's having none of it!
As a result, the couple will be appearing in court today to attempt to settle the matter once and for all.
Charlie will be seeking to prevent his daughters' appearance on the show. Denise, on the other hand, is seeking something a bit more hardcore - a revocation of Charlie's power as the girls' father (which would eliminate the need for his permission)!
This will be the couple's first appearance in court together in a while - hopefully they're able to reach some sort of arrangement to put an end to all this bitterness!

I hope Charlie wins this case; additonally, he is given the custody time he deserves. Denise seems to think that fathers are a matter of convenience. Her mentality is clearly not in the best interest of the Sam & Lola but only in the best interest of Denise.
