EXCLUSIVE VIDEO - Brooke Mueller Happy About Outcome Of Custody Hearing

After a two hour custody hearing with Charlie Sheen, Brooke Mueller left the courtroom victorious when the judge ruled the couple's current custody agreement -- which gives Brooke primary custody -- remains in place.
Although Brooke declined to comment on today's hearing, a source tells X17online exclusively:
- "Brooke is ecstatic about winning in court today. She knows she's the best parent out of the two and she doesn't want Charlie seeing the kids more than is absolutely required by law. She honestly feels she and her family can do the best job raising the two boys."
Brooke's mother and aunt have been instrumental in caring for Brooke and Charlie's twin sons Max and Bob, 2, the source tells us. While Brooke has been busy shooting Paris Hilton's new reality show, The World According to Paris, and doing out-patient therapy at an LA-area sober house, her mom and aunt have moved in and taken control of helping with the kids.
During today's hearing, Judge Hank Goldberg removed the media from the courtroom because "it was in the best interest of the children" due to "questions of abuse and other inflammatory and emotional issues."
The Two and a Half Men star petitioned for sole custody of the boys after he claimed Mueller had relapsed and was doing drugs again. Our source adds;
- "After Charlie made those accusations, Brooke knew she'd be forced to get tough in court. This is exactly what she had hoped would happen."
Brooke has yet to comment on recent reports claiming she has fallen off the wagon and is back on drugs.

Charlie should have gotten the children.. he is the father and has not failed a drug test.. she refused, violating the custody agreeent.. her mom seems like a piece of sh@$ to lie and defend her crack daughter

The foster care system is not that great and those boys might wind up in WORSE conditions.
So she's a crack head with millions in the bank that is suppose to go towards those innocent children. She should never be allowed around those kids. You can really see why the justice system is doing wrong with always taking the mothers side. Who is protecting these kids. To her there only $$$ for her drug habit. This is disgusting.

I hope both lose their custodies and a sane and clean relative raises them.They are unfit parents and CAN'T raise kids at all.

I really like Charlie but he has no moral high ground.
The kids are better off with Brooke and she also has good backup from her extended family.
Taking kids away from their parents is extremely damaging to the kids and should only be a last resort.
Neither foster care nor adoption can replace a human being's bonding with parents.
Brooke looks great. And she looks clean.

It looks to me like Brooke is a caring mother. She just needs a little help and extra support at time, which is understandable.
Outsiders and gossipsites or their readers have no say in the matter. It was good that the judge kept out the media.
People who are not familar with the matter should not comment. The judge has a much better take on what is going on.
This is a private family matter re underage children. The judge has the experience and knowhow to decide - not some idiots who are only guessing.
Brooke is not caring for her kids her mom is and that why she got them if Charlie father was living with him the judge probable would have given the boys to him.

I think the judge made the right decision on account that Charlie lays with whores.
He has a fun life style which is OK for him personally. But it is not a good environment for children.
It's great that Brookes family is willing to help out when she needs it. A lot of women work and often do not have a good support system in place through no fault of their own.

The right decision?She was caught trying to sell a radio and a watch at 4 am in a dangerous area,and he made the right decision...ok,it's your opinion.I hope you're right,because if the kids die or get hurt after an attack after drug use,don't complain.She's a drug addict,she's not clean at all and refused to do all the drug tests,and the latest pics of her support what i wrote here.The kids ARE in danger with her.Charlie is crazy,but Brooke is still on drugs and instable.And Brooke's mother is protecting her by lying in the media.

A lot of people have all sorts of problems but they don't kill their kids. Making this conjecture is irresponsible and plain nuts.
Do you know who her lawyer is?Ron Rale the same laeyer and friend of Howard K Stern the guy that killed Anna Nicole Smith.Mr.Rale sure must be into druggies.It's a shame that the law isn't doing right by those babies and their father.
Give ALL of the kids to Denise RIchards...she's the only sane person in Charlie Sheen's life. Brooke Mueller is a poor excuse for a mother. Charlie and his 'goddesses' are a joke. The twins need someone in their lives with a strong moral compass. Give the children AND the money to support them to Denise!!
