Charlie Sheen's Advice For Lindsay Lohan: "Work On Your Impulse Control"

After calling in to Dan Patrick's radio show on Monday to talk about crack and diss CBS, Charlie Sheen dialed him again this morning to chat about fellow hot mess Lindsay Lohan! Charlie seemed surprisingly sympathetic towards the actress, but he did have a few words of advice for her. Sheen said:

"I dare you to get Lindsay on the show, you get Lindsay on the show, I'll call in, because I've got some advice for her. I got some things I'd recommend she consider, because I don't tell anybody what to do. ... Work on your impulse control, think about things a little bit before you do them. ... I was not there in the store, the necklace, the thing, some bracelet, who cares. They're so desperate to vilify, without fact, you know?"

While Lindsay is currently embroiled in a legal battle over claims she stole a $2,500 necklace from a local jewelry store, she has been staying out of trouble as far as her partying. Sheen was recently hospitalized after an alleged two day bender with cocaine and porn stars, so is he really in the position to be giving advice to Lilo?
