Sauntering into Jimmy Kimmel Live as only he can, Charlie Sheen looked causal-cool in a blue collared shirt, cargo shorts and a baseball hat, as he headed to promote his new FX show Anger Management while cradling a cigarette in Hollywood, on Thursday afternoon.

The former Two and a Half Men star opened up to the late night talk show host on his new costar/ex-wife Denise Richards on the show, confessing to Jimmy: "She's a good lady. It was a bad relationship -- we decided we would marry, thought we could fix it through marriage -- wow."

The couple split in 2006, but now share custody of daughters Lola, 7, and Sam, 8, and frequently take vacations together as a family.

Richards made a guest appearance on the show Thursday night as Sheen's love interest, and her character touched on the pair's infamous messy divorce, saying: "My ex can be a little difficult. Nuts. A real whack job."

Despite all the drama, we're glad they can still be friends -- and coworkers!

Charlie Sheen is ready to share his millions with the USO.

The Anger Management star, who appeared on The Tonight Show, talked about donating $1 million to help out injured troops. This is the largest single donation in history.

Sheen tells Leno:

“It’s an honor for me to be able to give back to these men and women of the military who have done so much for all of us.”

The outspoken star also opened up about the possibility of joining American Idol as a judge. He told TMZ that he'd join the talent show on the following two conditions: that FX approve the deal ... and that his salary is large enough and includes a commitment that "Idol matches 20 percent of my weekly salary for Autism Speaks, JDRF, and the Boys and Girls Club."

Sheen adds, "I could be helpful and give these kids some guidance without leading them to suicide."

Guns N' Roses rocker Slash received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and his buddy Charlie Sheen was there to support him ... front and center.

The guitarist, who received Hollywood's 2,473rd star, posed with his star in front of the Hard Rock Cafe on Hollywood Boulevard.

As for Sheen, he told the crowd:

“It’s quite fitting that Slash is getting a star on the very street Axl Rose will one day be sleeping on … This star is going to be stepped on more than the coke we did in the ’80s.”

Way to keep it real, Charlie.

Report: Charlie Sheen's Former Assistant Found Dead

Jul 2, 2012 01:45 PM

sheenfx062612_01_230.jpgCharlie Sheen's former assistant Rick Calamaro has been found dead today in his Los Angeles apartment.

According to numerous reports, law enforcement sources said that Calamaro was found with "numerous pain medications and an open bottle of alcohol" on the scene. It also appeared that Calamaro had been dead for several days when he was found. His cause of death has yet to be determined.

The former club promoter, who became a member of Sheen's entourage, reportedly partied with the actor and was involved in the October 2010 NYC scandal which resulted in Sheen trashing a hotel room the Plaza Hotel after an argument with porn star Capri Anderson.

This isn't the only piece of news Sheen's name has been attached to as his new FX comedy, Anger Management, debuted to record ratings last Thursday, becoming the most-watched scripted comedy broadcast in cable history.

Charlie Sheen Puts The Party On Pause To Promote Anger Management

Jun 27, 2012 10:53 AM

Charlie Sheen hit the red carpet in Hollywood last night to promote his new FX show Anger Management, and despite reports that he trashed his New York City hotel room (again!) over the weekend, he put his best face forward and seemed eager to chat about his latest project.

Charlie told ITN, "It is getting back to work for something you have passion for. I lost the passion for the other thing [Two and a Half Men], but whatever. We have our work cut out for us, 90 shows in two years. Two a week. It is not about the hype. I think we are going to give the people what they want, you know? Something good, something smart, something funny."

Over the weekend Sheen went to NYC with ex-wife Denise Richards and the couple's two daughters while she promoted Madea's Witness Protection, but a source tells Us Weekly it was anything but a relaxing family trip. Shortly after arriving on Friday, Sheen reportedly bailed on family time and had another "drug-fueled, weekend-long party in his hotel room at the Ritz with plenty of female escorts to keep him company."

"He totally trashed the hotel room!" the source added, noting that Sheen intentionally moved his hotel room to be out of sight and earshot from Richards and their girls. "Escorts were seen coming and leaving. In the end, Charlie was told that he wasn't welcome at another Ritz property ever again."

Sheen infamously trashed his hotel room at the Plaza Hotel in September 2010, and before jetting off to the east coast, Sheen promised his Richards "that this was chance for a 'do over' of their disastrous trip to New York from the past," a source says. "Denise is kicking herself for not learning her lesson."

Of course, Sheen's rep insists it was a dinner party, telling the mag, "Charlie enjoyed quality time with his family this weekend including the Yankee/Met baseball game Friday night. He hosted a dinner Monday night for family and friends in his hotel suite with food delivered by Da Tommaso on 8th Avenue."

Charlie Sheen On His Media Meltdown: "I Started To Unravel"

Jun 20, 2012 09:25 AM

sheenMESS111911_13_230.jpgCharlie Sheen was once atop the celebrity totem pole with his hit show Two and a Half Men, when it all seem to come apart in early 2011. In a recent interview with Playboy Magazine, the self-proclaimed "warlock" shed some light on the real reason for his public meltdown:

"I don’t think it was the show in particular. It was the buildup of all the time I’ve been in the business, the divorces and everything. I started to unravel. I was mad about having to play the game—not that I was playing it well, but I’d been doing it for so long. I finally just said the things I had always been thinking. [laughs] But in the middle of a psychotic break."

The 46-year-old actor went on to explain that despite his frequent claims of "winning," he knew his antics were delusional and fueled by the public:

"I felt I was winning by finally being able to speak my mind. I felt that was some sort of victory. And then it was fueled by the insane public outpouring of support. Most of it came out of nowhere. It wasn’t planned, it was just random. The tiger blood? I don’t know. It’s just a very dangerous animal. And there’s a tiger in Apocalypse Now, by the way, so maybe there’s a connection there. Adonis DNA? I don’t know what the f*ck that was about. That was just stupid. That went a little far."

Since his ill-fated mishap, Sheen has admitted to his many wrongdoings, cleaned up his act and has a new show, Anger Management, coming this fall. The world will be watching to see if this will be Sheen's triumphant return to comedy or the final nail in his coffin.
