They're really making sure there's no chance of him coming back!
The ninth season premiere of CBS' Two And A Half Men will feature the funeral of Charlie Harper -- otherwise known as Charlie Sheen's character.
Deadline reports that the premiere will be in two parts, and Harper's numerous girlfriends form the series will come back for the funeral.
Harper's house will go on the market, and potential buyers will include real-life celebrities and stars from Men co-creator Chuck Lorre's other series. Ashton Kutcher's character will buy the house, and somehow Harper's brother (Jon Cryer) and nephew (Angus T. Jones) will stay in the picture.
Reportedly, Lorre is trying to keep the details under wraps. The cast got the premiere's script at the last possible minute, and audience members at the episodes' tapings will have to sign non-disclosure agreements.
What do you think of Lorre's decision to kill of Sheen's character?
Lorre and Sheen had a very public war of words during Sheen's breakdown and departure from the show earlier this year.
