Warner Bros. Slams Charlie Sheen For "False Statements" About Returning To Two And A Half Men
Posted on Thu Apr 14, 2011 04:05 PM PDT
Warner Bros. has sent Charlie Sheen's legal team a letter slamming recent claims the actor made about negotiations to return to Two and a Half Men.
Earlier this week Sheen said there have “been discussions†with Warner Bros about returning to the CBS sitcom, but the studio fired back and wrote, “Those statements are false. As you know, there have been no discussions, there are no discussions and there will be no discussions, regarding his returning to or having any involvement with the series.â€
Sheen noted that there was an 85% chance he would return to the series, and despite the studio's letter, Sheen's lawyer insists that there have been meetings. "There have been discussions as late as Tuesday, and all parties have been involved -- Warner Bros., CBS, Chuck Lorre and Charlie Sheen," Marty Singer stated on Thursday. "Charlie did not lie about the discussions. There WERE discussions."
Will it ever end? And who do you believe?
