New information is coming out about the arrest of Charlie Sheen yesterday morning in Aspen for assault against his wife Brooke Mueller ...
Authorities apparently gave Sheen and Mueller blood alcohol tests and the wifey clocked in at .14, while Charlie blew a .04 -- half the legal limit for DUI in California.
Just what where these two doing, drinking at 8:30 in the morning? Brooke was bitch slapping her man, it seems!
Sheen told cops his wife was physically attacking him and Mueller reportedly admitted to police she was drunk at the time she made the 911 call.
Charlie's hired Colorado attorney Richard Cummins and is due in court February 8.
Looks like these two could be headed for divorce court and if they do -- Mueller stands to get a TON of cash. Charlie's the highest paid actor on TV right now, raking in $875,000/episode for Two and a Half Men!

The woman had fled to another state to get the hell away from him and he followed. He's a monster. He has done this not just with the current wife but with all the ex's too and lets not forget the stripper that said he bashed her head on the floor or something like that.
Woman process alcohol differently than men it's a fact. They were probably drinking really late( it was Christmas Eve after all) and some alcohol was still in her system. I doubt she started drinking in the morning.

FACT: Brooke blew a .14 at 8:00 in the morning, you don't blow that unless you are drinking heavily at the time! Charlie blew a .04. The bitch is a drunk and a coward. A person that drunk cannot be reasoned with, clearly he was trying to get away from her drunk ass, we don't know what she did to him to provoke him. The fact is she is a drunk and cowardly played him right into jail and herself into a helpless victim with benefits & a retirement fund!! She knew he had addictions and saw a way to get fame & money.
