Glee creator Ryan Murphy has purchased the home that Charlize Theron once shared with her ex-boyfriend, Stuart Towsend.
The ocean-front Malibu home went for a breezy $6.6 million!
Theron, 35, and Townsend split in January 2010 after almost 10 years together. The 2,100 square foot house was first put on the market for $7.5 million in December. It's a 1930s home with three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a fire pit, a deck and jacuzzi, and sits on the Pacific Coast Highway with two parking spaces.
Murphy, 45, has mega cash! He created Nip/Tuck, Glee, was behind hit movie Eat, Pray, Love. That flick grossed more than $200 million worldwide.
After Theron and Townsend split, they first tried putting the house up for rent. See how much the monthly rent was after the jump, and check out all the pics of the home in our gallery below!
The house rented for a whopping $50,000 a month!!
