IS IT BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT COMPRESSING THE VIDEO BEFORE YOU UPLOAD THEM ONTO THE SERVER? IS IT THE FLASH PLAYER YOU ARE USING? YOUR SITE IS GREAT BUT THE LENGTH OF TIME YOUR VIDEOS TAKE TO UPLOAD SHOWS SOME KIND OF TECHNICAL SHORTFALL IN THE WAY YOU FORMAT AND POST VIDEO.
