On Monday, Cher donned all dark attire as she arrived at LAX to catch a flight out of town.
The 66-year-old singer has been laying low lately, partly due to her hard at work on her 26th studio album, set to hit the public in March 2013. The music just won't stop for her!
Justin Bieber has thousands of screaming fans, but Cher isn't one of them.
While Cher looked like a total rockstar while attending a private swag bag party over the weekend in Brentwood, she acted more like a diva while meeting the "Baby" singer.
A source told the New York Daily News that Cher was chatting with Bridesmaids star Melissa McCarthy recently about her run-ins with Justin and Jaden Smith.
Turns out the first time Cher ran into Justin, she asked someone nearby "if he was in show business." Ouch! But in the same conversation, she happily told McCarthy that she took "a picture with Jada's son." Even funnier? The teens are BFFs.
The movie Zookeeper may feature talking animals, but the voices are definitely the cream of the crop!
Rosario Dawson looked gorgeous on the green carpet in a plunging black dress at the Zookeeper premiere in Westwood. Cher, on the other hand, chose a more casual ensemble ... including a snug brown top, suede jacket and large turquoise jewelry. You can see Cher's cowboy hat in the gallery below. Eeesh!
Zookeeper, also starring Kevin James and Leslie Bibb, hits theaters tomorrow. See Kevin's King of Queens' co-star, Leah Rimini, working the crowd ... after the jump.
Cher wore a cowboy hat embellished with turquoise, long dangling earrings and a turquoise bracelet Saturday when she attended a kids' baseball game in Malibu.
No word on why the 65-year-old was checking out a Little League game, but at least she looked good doing it!
Chaz Bono, formerly Chastity Bono, opened up to Oprah Monday about his physical transition from woman to man.
Chaz, 42, is the child of Cher and the late Sonny Bono. He describes going through puberty as an adolescent and hating his body as it grew into a more womanly shape. "I felt like my body was betraying me," he said.
"It was just horrifying to me. You have this image of yourself and all of a sudden your body does the exact opposite of what you feel."
Chaz said he first decided to become a lesbian -- a label that "worked for a little while." But, Chaz said he eventually realized that being a woman who was attracted to women was not his reality.
"I always had this idea that, sure, I wished I was a boy and felt more like a boy and all of that. But I wasn't, so I would deal with it. And I for some reason thought there were other lesbians that felt that way and that was just part of that community. Then I started to realize, no, that isn't what a lesbian is at all. That's what being transgender is."
Chaz also talked about how parents react to transgender children.
"This is an incredibly difficult process for parents, the truth is that a lot of parents never speak to their transgender kids again."
So how did his very famous mother react? Read how Cher felt after the jump.
Yesterday's Oscar nomination announcements definitely left a few hopeful nominees bummed, but Cher was the only celeb who decided to vent about the snub via Twitter.
While Burlesque received three Golden Globe nods this year, the musical co-starring Christina Aguilera gained nada from the Oscars. Cher lashed out via her Twitter:
"We didn't get a nomination 4 best song ! That sucks ! Diane's song Is so beautiful ! It's hard to understand how u win. The Golden Globe 4 BEST SONG & not even get nominated by the OSCARS? Oh well it is..what it is ,,,,the sun is still shining! Maybe she would have had a better chance if someone else was singing it ?!! IT JUST CANT B HER SONG."
She's obv not going to attend the Oscars this year.
While we're not exactly sure why Burlesque was passed up for Best Song, we're more upset Mark Wahlberg and Mila Kunis didn't get nods for their work in The Fighter and Black Swan. These guys definitely deserved nominations. What happened this year?
