A Sticky Mess? Wrigley Gum Suspends Chris Brown's Ads!
Uh oh! Looks like there's even more trouble for 19-year-old singer Chris Brown!
After being held in police custody following domestic violence felony battery charges yesterday afternoon, Wrigley gum has now suspended ads featuring the R&B star!
A company spokesperson tells Us Weekly:
- "Wrigley is concerned by the serious allegations made against Chris Brown. We believe Mr. Brown should be afforded the same due process as any citizen. However, we have made the decision to suspend the current advertising featuring Brown and any related marketing communications until the matter is resolved."
Oh yeah and here's another little update - Us also reports that Chris has hired attorney Mark Geragos, who has defended classy gentlemen such as convicted killer Scott Peterson and Michael Jackson.
When will we know what really happened? Hmm...
