Chris Brown Drops $1.5 Million On Hollywood Hills Bachelor Pad

R&B star Chris Brown has just plunked down $1,550,000 on a sweet bachelor pad in the heart of the Hollywood Hills -- which also happens to be in ex-girlfriend Rihanna's neighborhood.
The ultra modern 2,473 square foot, 3 bed/3 bath home is designed by architect Jay Vanos, and comes equipped with everything a young superstar could possibly want.
The hip spread boasts a state-of-the-art security system, Crestron smart home controls, a Boffi kitchen and bath, pool, spa, floor-to-ceiling views, a green roof, custom LED lighting -- with LED light shows in the pool and hot tub -- even an elevator that transports guests from the garage to the pool!
Brown was forced to move out of his West Hollywood condo after neighbors complained over his loud music and inconsiderate parking jobs, so let's hope he has better luck this time!
Thankfully Rihanna and Brown won't have any run-ins when he moves into the neighboorhood, the "S&M" singer recently listed the home for $4.5 million, and is also suing its sellers for failing to disclose the property's waterproofing and construction defects.
