My daughter idolizes Rihanna and wants to sing and loves to sing because of her. How am I going to allow my 7 year old to listen to the music of a woman who lets a man knock her around. If I am not having it neither is my daughter. I had a similar experience with domestic violence and I got out because I was not willing to give my life for a man, any man. If these two are truely sincere in being together and working this out then I suggest they speak to their fans like adults and let all of us know what is going on and stop sneaking around.

OK first of all I think their situation is really sad. Secondly, and the point of this posting of mine: I know most of the clubs and bars close down at 2AM in L.A. but it's not like that everywhere. Where I live it's normal to party until 5 or 6AM.

People! People! We are missing the point. We have to understand that the age group of these two individuals plays a major role in this ordeal! It's painfully obvious that guilt and sensitivity was shown in Chris's actions. He beat Rihanna because HE got caught. WTF? What does that say about Chris? He's immature and does not know how to handle being questioned about his wrong doing. I believe that Rihanna thinks that this relationship will prosper even through the beatings. It seems as though there are some insecurities. I pray for the both of them...

You Are correct theirs ages did play a major role in the ordeal. i have little brothers and sisters their ages and i watched them do some of the most stupid sh!t i have ever seen.if we all think back to when we were young we ourselves have done really stupid things. w2hat chris did was wrong and stupid but he is just 19 and i have seen few mature 19 or 20.
