Chris Klein's Blood Alcohol Level Close To Triple Times Over The Legal Limit

The CHP has confirmed to X17online that Chris Klein's blood alcohol level at the time of his arrest was between "more than double the legal limit and close to triple the legal limit."
Due to the ongoing investigation, they declined to give out Klein's exact blood alcohol level at the time of his 3am arrest on the 101 Freeway.
The 31-year old actor's bail was set at $25,000. Law enforcement tells us that Klein was released from jail on his own recognisance. We're told that means once he sobered up in jail, he posted bail and left.
Since Klein will be facing a judge after July 1 in relation to this DUI arrest, that means he'll fall under the new law involving the installation of an Ignition Interlock Device. Plus, this is his second DUI arrest! The law states, first-time and repeat DUI offenders in Alameda, Los Angeles, Sacramento, and Tulare counties must have an Ignition Interlock Device (IID) installed on vehicles they own or operate The law calls for a five-year pilot program that runs through Dec. 31, 2015.
In case you're not familiar with the IID, it's a device that forces the driver to blow into it ... testing their blood alcohol level. The car will not start if they're over the limit. Sorry Chris. That blows.
