Coldplay Lawsuit Dismissed
Posted on Wed Sep 16, 2009 09:57 AM PDT

Good news for Chris Martin fans!
A court has dismissed guitarist Joe Satriani's lawsuit against musical group Coldplay - that the band plagiarized his 2004 song "If I Could Fly" for their 2008 hit "Viva La Vida" - reports NME News.
It is possible that and out-of-court settlement was reached as the case was dismissed "upon stipulation." But either way, it's done!
Now Chris Martin can go back to living his perfect life with Gwyneth...
Haha.

Either way he still jacked Joe's song!
He did! It's so blatant too if you listen to them together. I hope Joe got his fair share of royalties. All they had to do was credit him instead of pretending they never heard his song!
Dang Chris, that sure was a COLD play. Pun intended.
Chris Martin is a turd. I can't stand that pansy creep.
