Christian Audigier has decided not to move into the Holmby Hills home that was Michael Jackson's last residence as previously planned.

Audigier was supposed to take possession of the property, owned by Guess and Ed Hardy CEO Hubert Guez in December when Michael's lease is officially up, but felt the move would be too macabre.

A source tells X17online.com exclusively, "Christian visited the house and felt it wasn't right. He didn't want to live with the ghost of Michael Jackson."

Christian Audigier will be moving into former friend Michael Jackson's rented Holmby Hills home when MJ's lease is up in December.

The mansion is owned by Guess and Ed Hardy CEO Hubert Guez, and despite rumors to the contrary, Audigier says he has no plans to turn the King of Pop's last residence into a public space.

Oh, just La Toya Jackson! You didn't know? They're total BFFs.

She dined out at Mr. Chow Monday night with the celeb fashion designer... and it looks like they enjoyed the attention they were getting together! Could these two actually be more than friends? Oh lord, I shudder at the thought!

Christian Audigier's When I Move You Move event wrapped up in grand style last night, with scantily-clad models of both sexes strutting their stuff in the latest lines from both Ed Hardy and Smet. Heck, some of Christian's catwalkers barely wore more than body paint - not that we're complaining, of course!

And, of course, Christian made sure plenty of stars showed up to take in the sights - including Mike Tyson! Hey, what can you say? The man knows how to put on a knockout show!

Heck, even Mariah Carey's hubby Nick Cannon was DJing at Pure at Caesars last night - talk about the place to be!
