Ex-Husband Asks Judge to Declare Christie Brinkley in Contempt of Court

Wow, just when you thought this divorce couldn't get any nastier!
Christie Brinkley's ex-husband Peter Cook (you know - the guy who had the affair with the teenaged girl) has asked a New York Judge to hold the former supermodel in contempt of court because she allegedly wouldn't give him their son's passport, Newsday reports.
Cook had reportedly wanted to take their 13-year-old son Jack on a school trip to Egypt in November. The teen reportedly missed the trip as a result.
Brinkley's lawyers called the claims "baseless and really rather petty."
We're inclined to agree.

That is NOT his son. It's his STEP son. Jack belongs to another guy that Christie had an affair with while she was still married to Billy Joel.
She's a bitch, plain and simple. Yep Tina, it was the guy she got caught with from the helicopter crash. not sure who that was, it coulda been Cook but not sure.
I have known Christie for decades and no, she never cheated on anyone, ever. She has suffered greatly for loving and trusting too much and now only wants to be able to live in peace with her kids and she does not want to keep them from seeing Peter. Hopefully he will realize this one day very soon.

Yes, he is HER son and her mistake was letting that man adopt him. But that's beside the point. Relationships have been made. I suspect there's more to this story and I don't think she'd be so strongly opposed to infidelity if she'd done it. I don't believe she cheated on Billy Joel. She's too outspoken on the issue. I think she's a great mother. The problem is that they're both still angry with each other. I wish Peter Cook could gather a little more dignity in how he is acting. It's getting old. Billy Joel and Christie don't have these issues. If Peter could just chill a little, he'd have a much easier time making plans with these kids. He continues to be a jerk. And btw, I'm 40 and haven't ever been to another country and it's not the end of the world not to see Egypt. Choose the battles Peter the Pouter!
I suspect Peter keeps this in the public eye to humiliate Christy. She wants it quieted down, as anyone would, and his reputation is crap now. So, every time she stands up to him, he goes to the media to try to humiliate her. I suspect he's in over his head on this one. She is a very strong lady and will do anything for her kids.
Didn't Christie get SOLE custody AND "decision making"??? To me that means if she doens't want to hand over the passport then she doesn't have to. And to let HIM take the kid out of the country? NO WAY
Every time I see Christie's photo in the news she is either with her children obviously enjoying them, or working towards making a better future for all children by working to raise money for medical research and in support of a clean environment. It must drive her nuts to waste valuable time on all Cooks petty lawsuits....Ignore him Christie, keep smiling and doing what you do best!
