It looks like Jordan Bratman will have to vacate the family's home once and for all.
Five months after separating from the Burlesque star, record producer Bratman has filed court documents stating he is ready to divorce, and declared he has no intention of 'disputing' the split.
The doc lists the couple's separation date as "to be confirmed" and reveals the former couple have resolved their property, assets and debts.
While the singer had originally sought joint legal and physical custody of the couple's two-year-old son Max, the petition shows a custody deal has been reached 'privately' between the ex-couple.
Aguilera and Bratman had been married for four years, but the What A Girl Wants singer has already moved on. She's been dating movie production assistant Matthew Rutler since November of last year.
Find out how Christina and Jordan first met, after the jump ...

Azoff introduced the pair and they married November 19, 2005, in Napa Valley, California. Their child Max was born January 12, 2008, in Los Angeles, California. On October 14, 2010, just days after confirming that they had separated, Christina Aguilera filed for divorce.
