Christina Aguilera Brings Max To The Pumpkin Patch After Filing For Divorce

Guess she's not letting a little thing like a divorce ruin her day!
Xtina and her baby boy Max (wearing a "rock" sweatshirt) just visited the Mr. Bones pumpkin patch in West Hollywood - the mother-son pair had a blast picked out pumpkins, took pix and slid down the skull slide together.
Christina Aguilera has officially filed for divorce from husband Jordan Bratman citing "irreconcilable differences." And according to their prenup, Xtina wants joint physical and legal custody of their 2-year-old boy.
Whatever happens, it's nice to see Xtina playing mom and making sure all this drama doesn't spoil Max's Halloween fun!
