Watch the vid above to see Christina Aguilera belt out Etta James' classic "Something's Gotta Hold on Me" in Burlesque - think Etta will tell a concert crowd she "can't stand" Xtina like she did about Beyonce last year?
Don't mess with Etta James! But we must admit, Xtina does a pretty brillz job with this number.

Great Voice..But huge Career errors..4 cds in 11 1/2 years killed her career and albums like BTB.New cd dead,single dead can't get magazine covers I guess she could try to sell shoes like Jessica but she didn't do very well at selling perfume..Well she will always be a great Mom with a huge voice to sing in the shower..ONLY 5 MORE YEARS TILL NEXT XTINA CD.

Shes nothing like Britney Spears, they have totally different styles, and there music is totally different. I love Britney, but she not that talented when it comes to singing and I dont care if shes sold more albums, that doesnt actually mean shes a talented singer. 2:24, she has not killed her career. Christina doesnt rush release albums like Britney, she actually takes time to make good music. Just because her lastest album hasnt done so well doesnt mean her whole career is done, and shes been on lots of magazine covers lately so I dont know where your getting ur information from.
Etta loves Christina. The two of them have been friends for years so I seriously doubt she'll be going on any diatribes against her. Anyway, Christina is amazing in this clip and the fact that it's a musical with Cher pretty much save this from being any type of glitter situation.
She will always have a career, her voice is better then the rest. every artist has released something that didn't bring in the usual numbers, its just how it goes. she will be number one again. also no one can say this girl cant sing, u may not like her thats fine but no one can deny her huge talent.
I don't understand why this website finds it so hard to give Christina credit when credit is due. I also find it funny that they have no problem giving Britney credit when she does NOTHING. Oh, britney went to starbucks and drank 3,000 calories...she's so fierce! Britney drove her car...she's so brillz! I mean c'mon...get a clue. Yes, Christina's last album did poorly, but she took a risk and it didn't end up working, that's what makes a risk a risk. As I recall, that rediculous album Britney released before Circus was awful, that's why in less than a year she had to release another one! Everyone has their moments where they don't perform as well as expected, I just find it so funny that this website spends so much time focusing on Christina's one mistake and not giving her credit for all the good she does. Her movie hasn't even come out yet and already this website has doomed it to fail. Give her a break, if it means that you would have to post 10x more pictures of Britney barefoot at starbucks I'll take it as long as you lay of Christina for a while.

uhh, i dunno if any of you have ever actually heard a performance of this song BY ETTA but, she pulls a lot of the same riffs thank you very much... the r&b and soul singers from back in the day STARTED it. stupid.
