Breast growth during pregnancy alone may damage them,but with the unecessary implants, the skin is just going to loose all elasticity. She ought to remove them throughout her pregnancy and replace them thereafter. She will most certainly have unecessary reconstructive surgery after this trauma to her chest. Yes, through many incisions they can once again lift them, but they never look youthful again, the skin will still have the stretchmarks, and all of the unneeded scars.
