DUI Charges Against Christina Aguilera's Boyfriend Dropped

Christina Aguilera's boyfriend Matthew Rutler got some good news this week - the LA County District Attorney officially rejected the DUI case against him, citing insufficient evidence.
Rutler, 25, was stopped by police and arrested last month on suspicion of DUI and Aguilera was booked on a misdemeanor charge of public intoxication after a boozy dinner at their favorite restaurant, Osteria Mozza.
Christina has been honest about the trials and tribulations she's face post-separation from her husband Jordan Bratman. And it seems like life may be on the upswing for Xtina following this news and following the announcement she'll be a judge on the upcoming talent competition show The Voice.
