X17 EXCLUSIVE - The Voice Producers Plan To Fire Christina Aguilera

X17 can report exclusively that producers at NBC's The Voice plan to axe Christina Aguilera as a coach on the show.
While Aguilera is under contract for season two, a source close to the show tells us bosses are not happy to be stuck with her and they plan on replacing her for season three. Said our source:
- "She doesn't spend time with her contestants like she's supposed to. She doesn't participate. She spends most of her time on the set with her boyfriend."
AND we hear she is doing some drinking on the job. But, our source tells us this is part of the on-set culture -- we're told Adam Levine and Blake Shelton frequently take shots while filming to loosen up.
Earlier this year, The Voice host Carson Daly said the show would succeed without its original coaches. "This show is bigger than any of its coaches or the host," he said. "This show will live on in perpetuity with many a star in those chairs."
A rep for NBC told X17, "There is absolutely no truth to the rumor."
Aguilera made $225,000 per episode for Season 1 of the hit show.

Xtina is a drunk who has been acting more like Lindsey Lohan then a responsible mother as of late. Her excessive chronic drinking has caused her face & figure to bloat & look vert unhealthy (that's different from being fat). She wears so much makeup she looks more like a tranny then a female. If she does get the axe she can always go on RuePaul's drag race as a contestant - many of those guys look more feminine then she does these days.
hmmm i think she will not return for season 3 for sure, she may be busy because of her album and tour but for the part that says that "She doesn’t participate" i think it is kinda true because ceelo said once that she is silent and alote of people says that she shy which is not a bad thing :) alote of people are like this. and tv producers must knew this before hiring her so its thier problem. i felt that there was a problem in the final episode.but she is a big star and for sure they will lose if she will go out. ceelo and adam and blake are not better than her at all.and by the way i think adam is full of hime self not she.

She's obviously NOT the "main figure" on The Voice. Maybe that was the original intent. But fact is people just didn't like her and producers need to make the audience happy.

THIS IS SO VERY TRUE! My best friends boyfriend worked on this show and I heard lots of juicy gossip about "Queen Xtina" she never rehearsed with her "team" and was a major D-I-V-A... I was very devoted to that show but seriously having that bitch on there made me want to turn the channel BUT since Adam Levine is so sexy, I refused :) But in all seriousness I wasn't shocked at ALL when I read this story because it's exactly what I was told a few months back. Whatabitch.

They should just change the stars each season, that would make the show more interesting. There are plenty of good talented stars that would love to do the show.
I would love for them to can her. I have not been able to stand her since she left her husband for some guy she met on set. I laugh everytime I see her pics because she is so bloated now as well! I have no respect for a mother that gets put in jail for public intoxication and cheats on her husband!
