She has narrow hips under that fab behind..lol...She was good sized there at the last part of her pregnancy. Her doctor probably opted for the Csection for her health and lil Max's.

Spose xtina starved herself the last 8 weeks of pregnancy so she wouldnt get stretch marks. she wears the sluttiest clothes in her film clips....does she want the world to see a hidious scar. If she had or not a c-section, it is still giving birth the child has to come out some how and how about the fact that she carried it for 9 months? I have had 6 children and 4 "natural" and 2 c-section, it so much more painful to have a c-section and harder to recover from, and it ruins your body more than a vaginal birth will ever!!!. Christina is a heck of a singer her range is so awesome I love listening to her singing. Max will have some awesome lullabys, can you imagine having christina singing you to sleep?
