BREAKING NEWS - Photo Of Michael Jackson's Dead Body Shown In Court

Doctor Conrad Murray's manslaughter trial began with the prosecutor showing the jurors the above photo of Michael Jackson's dead body.
Murray, who is on trial for involuntary manslaughter charges, is accused of giving the King of Pop a fatal dose of Propofol.
Katherine, Jermaine, Janet, Randy and LaToya Jackson are all present in the courtroom. The jury is made up of five women and seven men.
