We are still in disbelief he's gone!
The final coroner's report of Glee star Cory Monteith's death was just released, and the document reveals the actor was shooting heroin and binging on champagne the night of his death.
After the Canadian TV star was found unresponsive in his Vancouver hotel room on July 13, authorities discovered a "spoon with drug residue and a used hypodermic needle", as well as two empty champagne bottles at the scene.
The coroner suggested that Monteith's rehab stay in April could have contributed to his death by lowering his tolerance for drugs and alcohol.
At least friends and family have some closure now. RIP Corey.
