After her late-night appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Cougar Town actress Courteney Cox looked oh-so-sexy in a tight red dress and platform heels. Wow ... hard to believe she's 47!

Ms. Cox opens up to Kimmel about her recent remarks to Howard Stern ... when she admitted she hasn't had sex since splitting from David Arquette eighteen months ago. She tells Kimmel:

"It was such a weird thing, because I'm so used to David doing Howard Stern. He would go on all the time and always regret for talking so much. He couldn't help it, and he was like 'I hope you're not going to be mad at me.' ... This is the first time that I actually called him and I was like 'I hope you're not gonna be mad at me.'"

Great to see the Friends star isn't afraid to tackle any topic ... and make crazy faces, too!

Cox and Arquette have remained friends through their split. Kimmel adds, "You're really making everyone that's ever split up with anyone look very, very bad."

Courteney Cox chatted with Howard Stern the other day, and the 47-year-old actress revealed that she hasn't had sex since separating from her husband David Arquette!

Cox says she's been celibate since October 2010, and she's only "made out" with one person since then. Stern asked if it was "that guy from the show," referring to her Cougar Town co-star Josh Hopkins, to which she responded, "Maybe."

Cox also claims she rarely goes out on dates, and that she's having a hard time moving on from Arquette. "No guy's asked me out," she says. "I'm not saying I'm not ready to have a make-out session, it just makes me nervous. I don't like to go out in general. It's time for me to get out there. It's not easy to meet people, they don't call me. I'm really not ready, I'm still emotionally ... it's hard."

So what about her ex's new ladylove, Christina McLarty? "I met her, she's really nice, she's really pretty," Cox says. "She had a good sense of humour, she was nice. Very tall, I'm not. Very young, I'm not."

Time for some new clothes, Coco?

A very put-together Courteney Cox took her sloppily-dressed daughter Coco on a shopping trip to Splendid in Santa Monica, on Wednesday afternoon, before stopping for some yummy froyo.

The Cougar Town star, who recently joined Twitter, shared an adorable Twitpic with her 7-year-old enjoying the sweet treat, with the caption: "my first day not on the set. I already miss the drinking. I've had to resort to Pinkberry."

Courteney Cox and David Arquette are back together, but it's only for a TV role on Cougar Town.

Arquette will be guest starring on the hit abc sitcom ... a show that both he and Cox executive produce.

The 40-year-old actor will play a hotel concierge on the show's season 3 finale episode.

Cox and Arquette split back in October 2010 after being married for 11 years.

The couple met while filming the horror movie Scream in 1996.

Arquette, who appeared on last season's Dancing with The Stars, is now dating Entertainment Tonight reporter Christina McLarty.

Great to see Courteney Cox and David Arquette are the best of friends despite their split. Daughter Coco seems to be loving the fact that she gets to spend the first day of 2012 with both her parents!

Although David seemed a bit shy while out for a stroll with his family, Courteney and Coco didn't seem to mind all the attention. David's new flame Christina McLarty was nowhere in sight, but we have a feeling he spent New Year's Eve with his sexy new lady!

Today we caught an ageless Courteney Cox shopping at Satine in West Hollywood, and the actress left the store with a smile on her face and a bag full of goodies. It looks like she had her eye on some warmer winter clothes, as she snapped up a few heavy knits and tried on a burgundy cable sweater.

We also spotted Amanda Seyfried and her adorable pooch leaving Fred Segal, and she made out like a bandit as well! While many young actresses are undoubtedly jealous of her wardrobe (and her movie career!), Amanda recently said in an interview with the Associated Press that she's not 100% happy with how she looks! "I've considered a lot of things -- like I want to have a nose job and fix my skin, but I just think that maybe at some point, people can go too far," she said. That's crazy talk!

Courteney Cox brought daughter Coco to dinner at the Malibu Country Mart on Wednesday night, where little Coco, 7, was all smiles!

Now that the fam doesn't have to go to Dancing With The Stars to support daddy David Arquette (he was eliminated this week), the ladies have time to fill!

Courteney was on hand every week to support David, even though the two have been separated for more than a year. This week, Arquette (who is dating someone new), said that he appreciates the support, but fans should stop hoping for him and Courteney to reunite. "I like that people hope for us," he said. "But it really is time to move on."

Not sure how she does it, but Courteney Cox continues to defy the aging process!

The Cougar Town star, 47, enjoyed a wet and wild time while filming the ABC sitcom in Malibu. We'll admit, David Arquette's ex looks fab in that black wetsuit. Good thing she got to sit in the sand and relax in between takes.
