Since When Did Courteney Cox Use A Cane?

Courteney Cox shot an episode of Cougar Town in Los Angeles yesterday, and the 46-year-old actress was spotted with a cane when she took a break from filming. We're not sure if she was playing around or if she actually needed it, but either way, she looked absolutely amazing!
Courteney recently chatted about her relationship with BFF and former Friends co-star Jennifer Aniston, with she noted that the role Jen played on Cougar Town mirrors their real life friendship. "Playing my therapist Glenn seemed like the right job for her," Cox joked with Buzz. Aww!
She's the hottest 40something out there!
