Last night Courteney Cox was spotted leaving an event at Kitson in West Hollywood, and the raven-haired actress was looking fab as always. While her estranged hubby David has been off doing his own thing, Court is keeping calm with all the drama surrounding their marriage these days. Seems like that's the best thing to do since there's a child involved in all of this!

A recent lawsuit filed against both says none of the money raised by the t-shirt has been actually given to the Millennium Project to help their cause in Africa.
