Courteney Cox And David Arquette Arrive Separately To Scream 4 Premiere

Exes Courteney Cox and David Arquette hit the red carpet last night for the Scream 4 premiere as solo acts.
Although they've been quite friendly since their split, Courteney and David arrived separately, where they each stopped to greet fans and sign autographs for the crowd anxious to see the next installment of the popular franchise.
David recently opened up about his wife's rumored affair with her Cougar Town co-star Josh Hopkins. "She went away to St. Barth's with Coco and her best friend and Josh from the show, and I knew about all this," he said. "But the tabloids make it like there's some kind of scandal going on. There's no scandal, we're really honest and open, we care about each other."

Courtney is gorge. kind've looks cheap with that outfit, but gorge! little muscular also! & boy did Neve age! man oh man.
She looks like she has had a ton of discreet plastic surgeries over the last few years.
When you look at some of her older pictures from "Friends" she looked much older back then.
