A gastric band, that is!
We've seen Courtney Love's weight yo-yo in the last few years. And although she may have attributed it to a diet and clean-living, NOTW claims otherwise!
Apparently, it was actually a gastric band that's kept her weight in check!
Which Courtney do you prefer? Super-skinny, or a bit meatier?
Is there a third choice? Cuz neither are looking too good!

The only Courtney I cared about had a really talented husband, who was a worthy rock star, Unlike his widow, the very useless Mrs. Cobain, who is only good for spending his fortune.
She looked better before she mutilated her nose. And I saw new pics of Kristen Wiig from SNL and she recently got a new "Courtney" mutilated nose too and it looks horrible. What is wrong with these people?
Her years and years of heavy drug abuse (and possibly current drug abuse) has certainly taken its toll. What about diet and exercise to drop a few pounds?! How pathetic. She looks horrible either way.
