Teen Bride Courtney Stodden Lands Reality Show

Aug 1, 2012 01:10 PM

courtneystoddenswapout230.jpg She made a name for herself by marrying 52-year-old actor Doug Hutchison and prancing around in lucite heels at pumpkin patches, and apparently her outrageous antics have paid off!

17-year-old Courtney Stodden has finally landed her very own reality show! The underage bombshell took to her Twitter account to announce the happy news, telling her followers, "FYI Stoddenistas: Will be m.i.a for about 3 weeks - packing up & heading out to shoot a reality show! Love you all xxx God Bless, Courtney."

Her mother Krista Keller, who incidentally is younger than her daughter's husband, acts as her manager and confirmed the news to Celebuzz. "People are going to be very excited. She [Courtney] is going to be gone for about three weeks. I will be there with her on the show and her husband will be by her side also," she recently revealed.

Although critics are quick to slam the controversial couple for their massive age difference, the spouses hope to prove that true love can be ageless...

We will have to see it to believe it!

May 23, 2012 10:50 AM

The controversial teen bride has really outdone herself this time!

Courtney Stodden released a new Hello Kitty-themed video titled Hello Courtney, and let's just say we're speechless! In the bizarre clip, the 17-year-wife of 51-year-old actor Doug Hutchinson crawls around on all fours while meowing, clawing, and coughing up hairballs, even pawing through a litter box at one point in her lucite heels. Um...

Is anyone going to intervene here?! We know the blonde bombshell loves the limelight, but this is taking it a step too far. Somebody get this girl to a therapist!

Adding to the creepy factor of Miss Stodden's latest project? The whole video is set to heavy metal!

We thought the sexy farmer at the pumpkin patch was inappropriate, and the scantily clad Easter bunny was over-the-top, but honestly we don't have any words for this latest masterpiece!

Courtney Stodden Thinks Her Mermaid Commercial Was "Too Dang Sexy"

Feb 11, 2012 10:17 AM

Courtney Stodden recently filmed a sexy video in hopes of becoming the next spokesmodel for FreeCreditScore.com, but alas, she didn't make the cut.

The 17-year-old aspiring starlet has a few theories as to why the company passed on her clip, telling Radar, "Even though my commercial went viral internationally and was the most popular, I am apparently too dang sexy for FreeCreditScore.com."

In the commercial, two young men are fishing by the beach, and after reeling in what they hope to be a big fish, Courtney (dressed as a mermaid, natch) emerges from the sea. Courtney shakes the water off her body and giggles, "OMG. I'm so…wet."

FreeCreditScore.com said in a statement that they "did not hire, approve, or compensate Ms. Stodden or her production team for an advertisement or to represent the brand in any fashion." A rep for the website added, "[Courtney] and a production team were among dozens of creative producers who responded on spec to a posting on Poptent.com, a crowdsourced video production service, where brands and agencies post specific video assignments to generate creative concepts for review and consideration by a brand. Poptent's participation guidelines specifically state that any and all work product must first be selected, reviewed, and approved by the client brand or agency before it can be commercially shared or distributed. Such review and approval from Poptent.com or FreeCreditScore.com never occurred." Burn!

Facebook Apologizes To Courtney Stodden, Reinstates Her Account

Oct 14, 2011 01:16 PM

stoddenbikini.jpg17-year-old bride Courtney Stodden can breathe a sigh of relief and get back to her social networking ... Mrs. Doug Hutchinson was banned from Facebook earlier this week for allegedly posting "inappropriate sexual content."

Facebook has reinstated Stodden's account, however, and apologized. The company said in a statement: "This page was removed in error and has been restored."

Stodden's mother told E! News she believes FB disabled her daughter's account because catty women were posting mean message on Courtney's page.

She told E!:

"We're happy that it was finally addressed, as I'm sure many others have dealt with similar abuse and didn't know they could do anything about it ... Maybe Facebook can look at the cyberbullying and do something more proactive about it. Putting a stop to cyber bullying is something Courtney is very involved in. She's happy something was done!"

Teen Bride Courtney Stodden And Hubby Doug Hutchinson Get A Reality Show

Sep 21, 2011 01:20 PM

CourtneyStoddenDougHutchinson.jpgAfter all the talk, it's official -- teen bride Courtney Stodden and her much older hubby Doug Hutchinson are getting their own reality show.

Courtney's momager, Krista Keller, says the show will focus on family issues and facing the bullies her daughter has encountered recently. She told E! News:

"It's going to show people what they can teach each other from different generations. They're going to touch on family issues. There was a lot of judgment about their marriage from Doug's side of the family, so it will touch on bringing families back together and why it's important to support family members even if you don't agree."

The show will be produced by Roy Bank's new production company Banca Studio, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The name of the project has not been released yet, nor has it started filming. There is also no network tied to the show at this time.
