Dakota Fanning Reveals A Spot Of Bad Skin After Her Workout

Dakota Fanning may be one of the only celeb not hawking Proactive acne wash, but she might want to consider it!
The Runaways star exited a Studio City gym on Thursday afternoon sans makeup, and it looks like she's suffering from a minor breakout on her chin which is totally typical for a super busy 18-year-old!
Fanning is on summer break from NYU, and has been busy filming the upcoming flick, Very Good Girls, with Elizabeth Olsen, which centers on two NYC girls who make a pact to lose their virginity during their first summer out of high school. Quite an edgy choice for the former child star!
