It's Official!! Dakota Joins 'New Moon' Cast

Okay Twilighters, it's time for you weigh in on the latest addition to the New Moon cast.
According to RiskyBusinessBlog, Dakota Fanning is now officially set to play the Volturi Vampire "Jane" in the upcoming Twilight sequel.
We totally think Dakota is a great addition to the cast. We sooo can't wait for this movie to come out!!!
Who else would you like to see join the Twilight cast?

Old news! Summit Entertainment sent out an e-mail promoting the DVD release of Twilight and in that same e-mail they said Dakota was joining New Moon.

It's not going to ruin it. Unlike SOME actors that are in it now, Dakota actually can act and pull off Jane very well. It's nothing a little hair dye and makeup can't fix.
I actually think she is a great decision. She is a wonderful actress and kind of how I pictured Jane while reading the books.
I think it's a horrible decision!!! She's not even remotely pretty enough to be a vampire!!!!

i agree that the acting on twilight was not very good but you have to consider the budget they had to work with. i think dakota will be a good edition to the movie. she is a good actress considering how old she is. other singer/actresses like miley cyrus for example who is almost the same age is out there taking naked pictures and making fun of people. im glad they chose dakota.

Twilight the movie was not as good as Twilight the book. Name a movie that included everything from the book it was originated from, and tell me that it was just as good or better. Dakota will do fine. She is as awesome an actress as most people can see. I was a skeptic at first, I won't lie. I am not happy about some of the choices of the Volturi or Bella, but can the people please all of us? No. Give these actors a chance. Maybe New Moon will be better?
