David Arquette Celebrates His Sobriety With Ex Courteney Cox

David Arquette has been sober for one year, and the Scream actor is ready to party ... minus the alcohol, of course!
Coco's dad was all smiles while he hit up Mr. Chow in Hollywood with his ex Courteney Cox. Great to see that despite the split, these two former lovebirds are still great friends! Just recently on New Year's Day, Courteney and David spent the day as a family with their daughter.
Although Mr. Arquette has been dating Entertainment Tonight's Christina McLarty, his new ladylove was a no-show.
