David Arquette Takes Break From Promoting Scream 4 To Watch Lakers Game

Scream 4 star David Arquette stopped by the Staples Center last night for the Lakers game - they beat the L.A. Clippers 112-104 - and he's looking better than ever...
X17 recently reported that Arquette and estranged wife Courteney Cox reunited in Malibu the other weekend in an attempt to mend their relationship, and the couple now seems to be doing better than ever!
Cox spoke with Extra this week to promote Scream 4, but she only managed to gush about her hubby: "Oh my God, I'm so proud of him! Best he's ever looked! He's so cute that I'm like, dude, I don't understand. Really?! Why are you that cute right now?"
