Tobey Maguire wasn't the only one dining at Madeo last night!
Of course, David Beckham was much calmer and more reserved... and we thank him for that! Think he bumped into Tobey inside the restaurant earlier? And if so, let's hope their exchange was friendlier than our run-in with Tobey!
By the way, we hate to mention it again, Becks... but Romeo shouldn't be riding in the front seat yet! Yes, he's almost six, but still - not good to violate California Safety Laws!
Love those tattoo sleeves, though! Posh must looove them, too!

In Cali you only need to be 6 to ride in the front seat, Brooklyn turned 9 earlier this year, therefore, David is not breaking any laws! X17 get your facts straight!
