Come on, David, you gotta stay tough! Victoria's husband looked noticeably in pain while leaving a Beverly Hills eatery with his two sons yesterday. Doctors say Becks' sprained knee may take up to six weeks to heal. Hmm, you think fans will show up to watch the game if David doesn't play? Well, I guess people can watch him sit on the bench and maybe do some stretches or something. He's gotta prove he was really worth all that dough!
