David Beckham Shows Off New Jesus Tattoo

Jesus Christ ... literally.
David Beckham got some major new ink on his chest, and he just posted the work of art on his Facebook for the world to see. It looks like it must have hurt! Luckily the soccer stud has plenty of tattoos already, so going through this process was probably a piece of cake.
The tattoo is represents Jesus being lifted by three cherubs who symbolize himself and his three sons Brooklyn, 11, Romeo, 8, and Cruz, 6.
Beckham posted a video on his Facebook page explaining the art, revealing:
- "It’s Jesus being carried by three cherubs and obviously the cherubs are my boys and so my thought of it is that at some point my boys are going to need to look after me and that’s what they’re doing in the picture. It means a lot."
The tattoo was done by one of LA’s biggest artists, Mark Mahoney, who has worked on everyone from Johnny Depp to Brad Pitt to Angelina Jolie.

David Beckham recently Tweeted about his new tattoo: ‘It was an 8-hour session which lasted until about 3 o’clock in the morning. I then went back a few weeks later and we did another 4 hours. It’s really is amazing.’
