Hey, everybody - remember David Charvet? Well, if your memory's that good, the odds are pretty good that you also remember Matthew McCounaghey's pull-up routine from a few months ago - we sure do, and we think David's physical fitness photo op from yesterday looks more than a little familiar!

Was David Charvet a Baywatch regular??? He replaced Billy Warlock. he'll need more than McConaghey'swork out routine to pump up his career. Why can't he imitate some one who's actually popuar??
Matthew was doing an easier version of pull ups, David Charvet was doing the kind that take more lat and back muscles. Try it sometime, youll see the difference. Plus, he was using a weight pack to increase his strength, whereas matthew was using an ipod (which is really heavy)
